Terms of Service
All of my signs are handmade.
-All of my signs are hand cut and hand painted. Imperfections make them unique. They are all intentionally vintage/distressed looking as this is my style of painting. Please keep in mind that sizing is approximate, give or take a 1/2 inch.
Absolutely no refunds, returns, or cancellations.
-Once you purchase your sign from me, you have taken a spot on my schedule. For this reason, I do not allow any refunds or cancellations. Returns will not be accepted UNLESS the issue is MY fault. Returns accepted due to fault of my own are only for store credit only so please reach out to me to discuss issue with order.
- My turn around time is NORMALLY 14 business days. This may seem like a very long time but please remember I run this small business alone. I cut, prep, paint, pack and ship everything on my own. Along with being a mother of 3 and a wife. FAMILY will always come first. If your purchase has a cutoff date, please reach out and make sure I am aware and can make that date possible for you.
These signs are NOT weatherproof.
-Yes, I seal all of my signs with a clear enamel to help protect the paint but with that being said, my signs are made of wood. They are not going to last a lifetime out in the rain and sun. Any long exposure to the weather WILL age the wood and wear the paint. I recommend they be used under a covered porch, behind a store door or of course, inside.
- My turn around time does not include shipping delays. I will be sure to ship your sign to you within the given time but once the sign is out of my hands and dropped off with USPS or UPS, it is no longer in my control. Most orders will arrive within a few days. But I've also had shipping delays up to weeks later. But unfortunately, I can't control it.
-I offer local pickup for customers to avoid high shipping fees. Local pickup is at my home so please be respectful. If you choose local pick up, please pick your item up in a timely manner (within a week).
